The hotel is well situated for Guarulhos airport. Sadly the bus shuttles are hourly so we missed one by 5 minutes and did not want to wait so took a cab. We were given a fantastic room on 26th floor which had super views of the city. The restaurant was good and we had very good meals there with the addition of a caipirinha or two! The hotel was safe and allowed us to walk for mo0st of the first morning. The self-service area for snacks and drinks was excellent.

Breakfast was good. Travel to and from airport was excellent. Location very good. Cleanliness. Appreciate the fact that we could be accomodated to stay longer until 5pm as flight departed that late, even though at an additional costs, after it was originally confirmed that it would not come at an additional cost. (At the end still very greatfull)

The service of shuttle is very good with loads of space on the bus, several working hours which makes good when you have an early flight. Very comfy and clean rooms and good location too, near to several amenities and good places to eat.

We came from the airport. The hotel was wonderful, exceeded our expectations. The restaurant on the 1st floor was open when we arrived at 21h00. The service and Buffet was excellent. The room was immaculate, everything very clean. The breakfast (which was included) was wonderful. Beautifully decorated restaurant with fresh flowers on the table. I highly recommend this hotel if you needto be close to the airport, arriving or departing. 15 minutes from GRU.

Excellent hotel, location, personne, foodl and service overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant very good with variety of food of good quality. The staff helpful and polite. Plus the coffee corner with snacks and coffee for passengers having early departure. Transportation to/from the airport very useful and sharp. This was my second stay in the hotel and surely not the last. Thank you for your hospitality.
